Let, breadth = x
x × 3x/2 = 216
x2 = ( 216× 2) /3 = 72 × 2 = 144
x = 12
Breadth = 12
Length = 3/2 × 12 = 18
Perimeter of the floor = 2 ( 12 + 18) = 60
